Segenhoe and Bromham Investigation
Friday 27th August 2010
Investigation Start Time - 8:30pm
For this event we will be returning to two sites we have previously investigated. The first site is the church of St Owen in Bromham which we have investigated twice before in 2006 and 2009 but one of the people who had specifically wanted to go back in 2009 had been unable to attend, so this investigation is for her.
Access to the church is via a narrow road which starts at Village Road (just south of Grange Lane) in Bromham. Follow this road across the fields as it curves right then turns sharply left to get to the church. We will meet in the church car park after which we will explore the site and do a few vigils. For those with satellite navigation the meeting point is given in different formats at the bottom of this page.
For the second investigation of the night we will travel across to Ridgmont to visit the ruined church of All Saints. This church is located just off the Eversholt Road 600 meters (660 yards) from the A507 southwest of the centre of Ridgmont. Turn left down Segenhoe Manor Road and the church lies 270 metres down on the right. After a look around we will again investigate by way of vigils.
