General
During the nineteenth century most of the residents of Frogmore worked at the manor of Kings Waldenbury either on the land or in the house and gardens. At that time the hamlet was large enough to justify two public houses. In the 2001 Census the population was 676.

Handley Page
The former factory of the aircraft manufacturer Handley Page can be found in the village of Frogmore. It is on this site that a ghost has been seen haunting the old factory. It is said that the ghost was a member of the crew of a Victor bomber which crashed in 1958 killing two workers, one who was in the paint shop and another who was repairing a roof.
