Members attending the September discussion evening were in for a treat as a wide spectrum of paranormal activity was covered by different speakers and debated by the members. First up was the case for timeslips and in particular the case of two ladies who claimed to have stepped back in time to the days before the French Revolution and how the ladies had witnessed people dressed in period costume and seeing the then queen of France. This prompted a discussion between the members who believed this had happened and the argument against which stated the people seen were actors who frequent the famous places in period costume for the tourists. However other timeslips included only sounds being heard from a World War Two battle and a pub that appeared along with old fashioned police men and then disappeared.

Next the members viewed a number of video films which claimed to show ghosts including American Police chasing a car and driver who then drove through a Metal fence unscathed and reappearing the other side and driving off leaving bemused Police officers in its wake. Other footage included a girl in a cemetery and orb footage. Members view the footage in some depth and came to the conclusion that all except one of a strange orb may have a natural explanation or remained inconclusive. Lastly the case was put forward for Aliens among us using actual NASA footage of incidents in space and unseen footage from other observers relating to the space shuttle and other space walks in the past that may or may not contain Alien footage along with previously unheard NASA communications. Like the subjects before it this prompted another debate between those who believed the evidence and those who did not which itself was highly entertaining in a good evening had by all who attended.
