Luton Paranormal returned to a site they investigated back in 2007; Chicksands Wood. The team met up at Great Lane in Clophill with intentions to investigate the haunting in 1969 of a monk on horseback holding a lantern who rode straight through the car of an unsuspecting newsagent and his wife. As local residents were enjoying the summer evening in close proximity to the road it was decided that the team would go on to Pedley Wood and Chicksands Wood.

In 1971 a motorist driving through the wood came in to contact with a man on horseback who, like the couple had experienced a few years earlier, rode straight through his car.
